Two ways of looking at the same problem
01 / ABOUTMy day job is CRM master data administration and SFE analytics — keeping field-force data clean, building the Excel dashboards leadership reads every week, and running MIS & reporting for domestic and international markets across Africa and the Indian Ocean.
Somewhere along the way that turned into a second job nobody assigned me: training 50+ field representatives on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Copilot in Excel, evaluating enterprise AI platforms for org-wide rollout, and automating the reporting work that used to eat two weeks a month down to ten days.
I hold an MBA in Data Analytics & Marketing from Lovely Professional University and a BBA in Data Analysis from PDM University, plus a Data Analysis certification from Analytix Labs. I'm most interested in the overlap — where a spreadsheet stops being a spreadsheet and starts being a system.

Own CRM master data administration and SFE analytics for a pharma field force spanning domestic and international (Africa/Indian Ocean) markets. Built an AI-powered Sales & Field Force Performance Dashboard that cut the monthly reporting cycle from 15 days to 10, shared as polished PDF reports to 250+ field managers pan-India and internationally. Trained 50+ field reps on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Copilot in Excel, improving day-to-day task efficiency by up to 50%. Also write the SQL behind monthly Director-level business reviews, built a custom AI bot for the Chief Domestic Business Officer, and designed an AI-driven route optimisation tool for international MRs.

A Streamlit platform built on real DCR field-force call log data across African and Indian Ocean territories — a deterministic KPI engine paired with Claude API analysis across a four-tab UI.
Territory Report Pipeline
A Python + openpyxl pipeline that generates 32 territory workbooks automatically, complete with PDF exports — replacing what used to be a manual, monthly slog.
PromptIQ
A prompt engineering chatbot system I designed myself, built out as a web app with a technical blueprint UI aesthetic.
Personal Agentic OS
A personal agentic operating system I'm building for myself first: task manager, email analyzer, LinkedIn content generator and web research, on a shared memory/router/approval core.
Marqueiver
An influencer-brand marketplace for the Indian market, bootstrapped with a non-technical team — a working front-end prototype built with Claude Code on a Supabase backend.
Ledger Transcription & Reconciliation
Digitizing and reconciling roughly twenty handwritten financial ledger accounts through a batched, iterative AI-assisted workflow.
